Fly to Waitabu

From Nadi or SavuSavu you can fly to the Matei airport on Taveuni Island. Services are provided regularly by both Air Fiji and Pacific Sun.

Ferry to Waitabu

From Suva or SavuSavu you may take a ferry to Taveuni via Bligh Water Shipping.
Once on the Island of Taveuni you may take a taxi or local bus to the Waitabu Marine Park.

Plan your trip

When you call to plan your visit, you have two choices:

Cultural Experience Tour
Spend half a day snorkeling on the beautiful reefs of Waitabu from a handmade Fijian raft, a Bilibili. Listen while local guides share their extensive knowledge of the area and relax afterward on the beach with tea and music.

Cost: $40.00 Fijian/ per person**

**Save $5 per person for 4+ people and receive 8 entrance fees for the price of 7.

Backpackers Tour
Bask in the tropical reefs of Waitabu on this excellent economic tour with local tour guides. Come back to the peaceful beaches of Waitabu to enjoy the sights of Taveuni Island.

Cost: $20.00 Fijian/ per person

You may call: 679-820-1999 to arrange your visit to the park, and if you are staying on Taveuni Island, you will likely be able to arrange a visit through your resort.
